Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit „ubuntu-12.04.4-server-amd64“ läuft auf Gigabyte GA-J1900N-D3V

Hier ein kurzer Benchmark-Bericht mit BYTE UNIX Benchmarks 5.1.3 auf dem Gigabyte GA-J1900N-D3V mit laufendem Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit und CentOS 6.5.

Ubuntu ist viel schneller als CentOS. Besonders beim Datei – Kopiertest schneided CentOS viel schlechter ab.

5 KOMMENTARE

  1. Es wäre mal interesannt zu sehen wie sich das Model von Gigabyte sich gegen ein Asrock Board mit selber CPU schlägt z.B. das Asrock q1900m.

  2. Ich denke nicht, dass es hier tatsächlich große Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Mainboards bei der Leistung gibt. Sie werden sich im 5% Bereich bewegen. Hier ist bei diesem Board das Ausschlaggebende, die beiden Netzwerkanschlüsse. Somit ist das Board für alle Routerfunktionen bestens geeignet. Als Mediacenter ist es weniger geeignet, da der HDMI Anschluss fehlt. Hier würde sich das Asrock auf alle Fälle viel besser eigenen.
    Mich würde jedoch interessieren, wie sich der Konkurrent AMD mit seinen AMD Sockel AM1 (AMD Athlon 5350, 4x 2.05GHz) Versionen schlägt. In einigen Test kann man lesen, dass diese noch mehr Leistung haben bei noch weniger Verbrauch, obwohl AMD die TDP mit 25W angibt und die Intel J1900 nur 10W hat. Sehr seltsam.
